Every design is created to the best of our ability, we will try to maintain the integrity of each element yet, there are times when things just aren't going to work out so we will work with you to offer your customer the best interpretation of their design.

Artwork: The format is not as important as the quality of the art, clean looking artwork will result in a clean design. If there is a problem with the artwork submitted we will contact you.
Important note: If you are submitting a 200 x200 image and wish the end result to be a jacket back when the design is prepared the artwork may pixilate when enlarged causing difficulty in the digitizizing process.Scanning your artwork: 200 - 300 dpi scans are acceptable.Standard expanded formats: .bmp, .jpg, tif, Standard condensed formats. .ai, .eps,.wmf, Submit your artwork, if we have a problem opening it we will contact you.Design Formats:
Expanded formats: The standard expanded format is .dst this is a universal machine format, if you need another format type please note it in your order.Condensed formats: .dsg Users of Sierra software have the capabilities of editing their designs each file contains the machine code and the design code for editing.Time Line: We like to have 2-3 days to complete the design,
Standard: Our customers usually order the design at the time that they order their garments for the job, an opportunity not to rush the creation process is always welcome, so - tell us when you need it and we will have it ready.Rush Orders: Anything less than 24 hours is a rush order, additional fees may apply. Additional fees will be discussed before the rush order has begun.Design Delivery / Payment:
Secured customers: Your completed design will be posted in Design Pickup, the sew out scan is there to view and either accept with payment or submit edit.Non secured customers: Payment is expected at the time of order placement, You will be sent an e-bill via paypal, once payment is complete your order will be started. Once the order is completed you will be directed to Design pickup via email , you will view the sewout scan and either accept or submit an edit.
We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal - you do not need a paypal account
