This is a conversion kit made to eliminate your Y pipe 
and turn your stock exhaust into a TRUE DUAL EXHAUST.

 These 2 pipes will allow you to eliminate your stock
"Y"..or.. "crossover" pipe and convert over to a TRUE DUAL
system gaining valuable Horsepower.. and giving your bike a 
truer Harley sound by allowing both mufflers to be heard 
equally instead of the right side over powering the left,
but most important allowing the bike to breath better 
thus increasing HP and performance. 

Remember the reason behind any true dual exhaust is to let 
the motor breath more efficient..more air out means more air
in,thats how you gain performance wether it be on a motorcycle 
or a car. Start your bike up and hold your hand in back of 
each tail pipe..the right does most the work,and the sound is 
not the true Harley rumble like you hear from the bikes running 
straight shots or other true dual pipes.Now look at the Y pipe..
notice how the rear cylinder flows most the exhaust in the path 
of least resestance..meaning to the right side instead of the 
left where you want it.You dont really hear the true Harley 
sputter because the sound mixed together. 

With this purchase you recieve 2 pipes and installation instructions..
your old chrome flange slides off and is reused.There is no cutting 
or welding involved..just a simple swap of the pipes.These will 
work on 1995 -2006 tourers...they may work on the 07's but YOU 
would have to drill and tap a port for your O2 sensor.

I made the left pipe from the stock Harley FLHT pipe and the right 
pipe is a new pipe made from 16 gauge exhaust pipe and swedged to 
fit the front pipe so quality is not an issue..These utilize your 
stock heat shields along with your stock exhaust flange...And unlike 
other kits that give you just the sound of a true Harley dual exhaust 
by plugging the right side and forcing the exhaust to the left side 
this kit gives you the performance which is what we all want and that 
cant be achieved by just plugging one side.

Its also a much cleaner look and generates less heat to your right 
leg since you dont have the crossover pipe under your right leg anymore... 
you also have much more PULL off the line,a super sound,and better throttle 
response when passing.
